When you are ready to buy hosting or a domain, the client portal at ayunihost.com/portal shows you the payment methods currently available before you complete your purchase. Because available payment options can vary, the checkout page is the most accurate place to see exactly what you can use to pay at that time.
This also applies to mobile money options. Rather than assuming a specific method will be available, it is best to check the checkout directly when you are placing your order.
Paying in Kenyan shillings
